Thornfold Terms of Sale

These terms explain how buying a Thornfold product works: what happens when you pay, how you receive your files, and what to do if something is wrong. They are written in plain language.

1. Who you are buying from

You are buying from Thornfold. Your payment is handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. That means the provider processes the payment and handles sales tax where it applies. Your card details go to the provider, not to us.

2. Prices and tax

Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars. Depending on where you are, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout by the payment provider and shown before you pay. The total you approve at checkout is the total you pay.

3. Placing an order

When you complete checkout and your payment is approved, your order is confirmed. We will send an order confirmation to the email address you give at checkout, so please enter it correctly.

4. What you receive

Thornfold products are digital. After your payment is confirmed, you receive access to download your files, usually straight away, through a secure link tied to your order. Keep your confirmation email so you can return to your order.

5. Your usage rights

What you may and may not do with a product is set out in the Thornfold Standard Usage Terms, which apply to every paid product. In short: buy once, make it yours, use it with your clients, but do not redistribute the editable source.

6. Refunds

Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds work a little differently from physical goods. Our Refund Policy explains exactly when we refund. We do not use an "all sales final" rule, and nothing in these terms removes a refund right the law gives you that cannot be removed.

7. If a download does not work

If you cannot download a product, the file will not open, or you received the wrong item, contact us. We will fix the access, resend the files, or sort it out. Problems like these are exactly what our Refund Policy covers.

8. Access over time

Download links are tied to your order and may expire or be reissued for security. If your link has expired, return to your order or contact us and we will restore access. We aim to keep updated versions available to buyers, but we do not promise indefinite hosting of any specific file.

9. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, probe, or abuse the checkout, the download system, or the products themselves. Access is for genuine buyers using the products as intended.

10. Honest information

We describe products as accurately as we can, including previews and contents. If a product materially differs from how we described it, that is covered by our Refund Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version that applied when you bought governs your purchase. We record the version with your order.
